Drummond Club Championship

The Drummond is a scratch medal competition open to all players and is played over two days. Only the top 16 players from Day 1 play on Day 2. Additionally there are prizes for the best scores in all the handicap divisions.

The Drummond is one of the seven majors held at Trent Park Golf Club. The others being the Dave McGibbon, Eng Ire RoW, Captain's Day, President's Day, Medal Final and Stableford Final. The winner of any Major gets 25 points towards the Player of the Year.

The closing date for entries for the Drummond is the 11th June 2010 and this is the date by which the six card rule must be satisfied for this competition. To help players to find out how many competitions they have played there is a notice on the main notice board which details the number of competitions that each player has played from the 11th June 2009 to 17th May 2010.

There will be a sign up sheet for this event on the notice board but you can also sign up on line to play in this event.
