What would you change for next season?

Any changes in how the club is run, the Club Competition and Rules etc can only be ratified at the AGM in November.

It seems a long way off but this is the only time we can bring into force any changes.

Let's hear and debate your ideas now to make the club even better next season.

Why does the Tankard league have no poty points.

Is it a major .????

Why is there no poty points for the top placed players at the end of the season.

For this season and for many previous seasons the Tankard has always been a Minor Event and has no point allocation.

Why? Not sure of the history on this, but no one had suggested a change. To me it's a good idea to introduce poty points at the end of the season for top places for next season. Thanks Martin.

NOTE: Season 2012-13 starts 1st October, so if you have any other Competition Rule changes you would like the committee to consider please let us know by Wednesday this week and we may be able to do something about them.

Guys, why can't we just make it easy! Your best score over the weekend only counts!
For example if you win on sat and come 3rd on Sunday the only score that counts will be sat!
The same if you nr on sat and come 4th on Sunday the points for Sunday count.
I think this does 2 things, firstly it gives us all a fair chance to win points, and
For those people who can play twice a week they can try to beat there sat score!
