After many years of trying, Trent Park ladies finally beat Cobtree manor AWAY in the Whitewebbs Golden Jubilee Shield 31/2 to 1 1/2.  Billie and Jane won on the 14th, Andrea halved her game and Bernadette won on the 18th after a fantastic shot from the fairway to within 3 feet of the hole and in for par. What a day - can we do it again when we play against them in the second round of the Hawtree on 4th June? - I have very confidence!!

Trent Park Ladies held their 3rd Open on Friday 18th and it was with some intrepidation that I set off for the club house at 6.30am! I needn’t have worried. The day was a great success and even the weather held up until the last group came up the 18th!

28 ladies from Hadley Wood, North Middlesex, Leaside, West Essex, Bush Hill and of course Trent Park played in a 4BBB stableford competition.  The course was in excellent condition considering the amount of rain we have had lately and…

The Inter Club matches that we played in May were not too good for results as we unfortunately went out of the Seimens Bowl, Clapham Common and the Middlesex 6's. Details as below.

I understand from a few members that we have had some confusion over dates, because our 1st round Knockout matches as published in the fixture have been changed, to which I must apologise and explain why this has happened.

When we planned the fixture book in November 2011 we made every effort to get the key dates (that being the Majors) correct for the whole season. As far as the Knockout comps go, predicting how many entrees we have for each of the knockouts and how many we actually…

The draw for the summer 4BBB is now available on both the notice board and club website.  Due to the limited number of entrants, the first matches played correspond to the 2nd round on the published competition schedule and thus matches have to be played on or by the 10th June.
